Tearoom and Restaurant

The tearoom is open April to September 11.00am – 4.00pm, 7 days.

The tearoom and restaurant has been transformed into a light and airy space. Subtle touches of the seashore and New England create a clean, crisp environment where you can enjoy a relaxing meal or snack. There is also an outside patio with stunning views over the harbour and the Firth of Lorne.

The summer daytime menu offers a wide variety including homemade soup, a choice of filled Panini, local venison burgers, local seafood, homemade cakes and scones, Mackie’s ice cream, Lavazza coffee and the best chips!! One thing we don’t do is fast food. Everything is freshly made so kick back, relax, enjoy the view and we’ll be with you as quick as we can.

Alongside our bar suppers we also offer our extra special “Gourmet Best of West Coast Suppers” on selected dates (Please see our news panel on the home page for dates)

Building on the success of our seafood suppers at the 2008 World Stone Skimming Championships weekend, these nights feature not only a host of seafood but meat, game, fruit and vegetables, cheese, smoked delicacies and so much more, all sourced from local producers to create a choice of dishes for all. Booking is advisable so please phone 01852 300022 and reserve a table to avoid disappointment.

Cauliflower & Roquefort cheese soup. (V) £4.50
Fish cakes with lime and coriander tartar sauce. £4.50
Frijolemole and crusty bread (bean pate). (V) £4.50

Argyll Venison steak & mushroom pie. £7.50

Thai salmon filo parcels with lime, coriander and ginger. £7.50

All main courses are served with a choice of jacket potato, new potatoes or chips and seasonal vegetables or salad.
